We deliver and install every hot tub ourselves. Cal Spas ships it to our warehouse, and our crew brings it to your house and sets it in place. A little prep makes that day quick and easy.
1. A flat, level, solid base
A full hot tub is heavy. It needs a flat, level surface that can hold the weight, like a concrete pad or pavers. Thinking about a deck? Have a contractor check that it’s built for the load first.
2. A clear path
Walk the route from the street to the spot and measure the narrowest point: gates, side yards, tight corners. Tell us the number when you pick out your tub.
3. Power
Plug-and-play tubs run on a standard outlet. The 240v models need a dedicated circuit from an electrician before delivery. Here’s how to tell which one you need.
4. Water
You’ll fill the tub with a garden hose, so make sure one reaches.
5. Room around it
Leave space to open the cover, and look up for low branches or eaves.
On the day
Keep pets and kids inside for an hour while we work. Once the tub is in place, we get it running and walk you through the basics. Then it’s yours.
